Our Journey & Founder
The Simple Fix by KezaWellness was founded by Kerryn van der Merwe, whose personal battle with chronic pain inspired a movement-based solution to helping others understand their bodies, alignment and find lasting solutions to their pain. After undergoing two hip surgeries at the age of 13 and being told she’d face lifelong mobility issues, Kerryn turned to targeted movement rehabilitation, with Pilates becoming her path to healing. Through her own recovery, she discovered the power of movement in relieving pain and improving quality of life. Now, KezaWellness is dedicated to sharing those same pain relief methods, offering simple, effective routines that anyone can follow, no matter their starting point.
